The Office of Trade Compliance (OTC) works with the Office of International Services to ensure compliance with U. S. Export Regulations by performing deemed export reviews of Part 6 of the I-129 visa application.  OTC has developed an electronic process for these deemed export reviews through an application called MyEC. Beginning on January 13, 2017, users with pitt.edu email address can access the MyEC system here, using their Pitt login credentials.  Those users with upmc.edu email accounts must first obtain a Pitt sponsored account by contacting CSSD.  A user’s guide can be found here and should you require further assistance after the review of this information, you can contact OTC at ECHelp@pitt.edu
